What You Need to Provide the Office

• The Full Names, Dates of Birth and SIN Numbers for ALL people included in the taxes.

• all T income slips, all RL income slips, any other Records of Employment.

• All Expense Deduction receipts (I.E Medical Expenses, Charitable Donations)

• Proof of Retirement Contributions.

Office Staff will call you to pick-up your income information once your Taxes have been confirmed as E-Filed.
